ONSITE REGISTRATION
The registration fee for participation is EC$800.00 payable to the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank by bank draft. Registration fees must be received by the ECCB by 22nd February 2005 in order to confirm attendance.

An early registration fee of EC$750 would be applicable if registration fees are received on or before 11 February 2005. Fees cover costs of participation, materials distributed at the forum, tea/coffee, lunches, attendance at social events and all related local transportation.

All reservations for the St Kitts Marriott Royal Beach Resort should be made directly to the Hotel.

Please note that reservations may be subject to the prevailing rate at the time of booking (US $389.00+ plus 19% tax per night).

(An Early Departure Fee may be charged if an attendee checks out of the Marriott Resort prior to their previously scheduled departure date without having notified the Resort, at check-in, of the change in scheduled departure).

The rate at the St Kitts Marriott is both single and double occupancy.

Ocean Terrace Inn

Rate (on or before 20 February 2005) US $115.00 plus 19% tax per night incl. breakfast and transportation to and from the Forum Venue.

Rate (from 21 February 2005) - US $135.00 plus 19% tax per night incl. breakfast and transportation to and from the Forum Venue.
