Beverly Behan is a Partner in the Corporate Governance Practice of Mercer Delta Consulting, LLC. She works with Board Chairs, Governance Committee Chairs and CEOs to enhance the effectiveness of their Boards of Directors. Her work includes the design and implementation of Board, committee and individual director assessment processes, CEO evaluation and CEO succession planning processes, processes to effectively engage the Board in corporate strategy, and reshaping of Board composition and processes to create alignment with corporate strategy. She also provides advice relative to Board benchmarking against best practices and proxy reviews to determine how current governance practices would stand up to enhanced scrutiny.
Although her clients are primarily Chairs, Lead Directors, CEOs and/or Governance Committee Chairs of publicly traded companies, she also has experience working with Boards in other sectors, such as hospital Boards, Crown corporations, pension fund Boards and not-for-profits.
Ms. Behan has been quoted as an expert in corporate governance by BusinessWeek , CBS Marketwatch, The Globe & Mail, The Financial Times, The Times of London, CFO Magazine, Business 2.0, Corporate Board Member, Board Alert and others. She has spoken and written on corporate governance related topics for The National Association of Corporate Directors, Directors & Boards Magazine, The Toronto Stock Exchange, the American Management Association and the Canadian and American Societies of Corporate Secretaries. She also worked extensively on the 2004 NACD Blue Ribbon Commission on Board Leadership with co-chairs David Nadler and Jay Lorsch and served as a founding faculty member of the Conference Board of Canada's director education program.
Prior to joining Mercer Delta, Ms. Behan was a principal in the executive compensation group
of Mercer Human Resources in Toronto , where her practice included executive and director compensation as well as corporate governance and Board effectiveness work. Among her Canadian clients, Ms. Behan worked with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Montreal, which received numerous awards for innovation in corporate governance, including recognition in 2000 by Institutional Shareholders Services, (the largest proxy voting service in the U.S. ), for its innovation in Board evaluation and proxy communication. Ms. Behan worked extensively with the Bank in successfully implementing both of these initiatives.
Ms. Behan holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and two business degrees, including an MBA, from the Ivey Business School of the University of Western Ontario and University of Calgary . In addition to five years experience in corporate management, Ms. Behan practiced law for five years. She also served as Vice-Chair of the Policy Committee of the Board of the Royal Ontario Museum , the largest museum in Canada .

Ms. Riven, based in Montreal , has a growing consulting practice on governance and compliance matters and is currently Lecturer at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University , where she teaches general management and Corporate Governance.
Ms. Riven joined RBC Insurance in 1996 as corporate secretary and counsel, and in 1998, was appointed Vice President, Compliance and Secretary. In this position, Ms. Riven was responsible for establishing corporate regulatory and market conduct compliance programs for the creditor, life and health, travel, property and casualty and reinsurance businesses. She also acted as corporate secretary and developed policies and procedures for the organization's many Canadian, US and international operating subsidiaries.
Prior to joining RBC Financial Group in 1989 as a member of the Law Group, Ms. Riven taught marketing and international business at Concordia University .
Ms. Riven is President of Chartered Secretaries Canada, the Canadian division of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), an international teaching organization focussed on governance. Ms. Riven is also a member of the Quebec Bar and a Fellow of the ICSA.

Greta Bogues is currently a Training Consultant who previously served as the is the Chief Executive Officer of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) and the Jamaica Exporters Association (JEA) . from July 2001 to September 2004. and has Prior to joining the consolidated associations , Miss Bogues was a Financial Training Consultant whose principal primary areas of consultancy have been in financial training, corporate governance and organisational restructuring. More recently , she was has been primarily responsible for the re-organisation of the Jamaica Institute of Bankers (JIOB), which today boasts a modern curriculum and a strong demand for its course offerings.
She has broad background and knowledge of the operational activities of both commercial and merchant banks , having worked for over 20 years in the banking industry at various management levels. During her banking career , she held a number of leadership positions , including President and Vice President of the Association of Licensed Financial Institutions (ALFI), the association that represents represented the interest of all Merchant Banks, Trust Companies and Finance Companies in Jamaica .
A past student and former Deputy Head Girl of the Queens High School, In 1992 Miss Bogues received her first degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies in 1992 and graduated from the University of Manchester & Wales is a graduate with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) programme in 1999. from the Universities of Manchester and Wales. In addition , Miss Bogues is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB). She continues to maintain her links with the University of the West Indies by her active participation in its by being a mentor for the universities' mentorship programme.
With the appointment of the PSOJ as Appointed the Commonwealth Association for Corporate Governance (CACG) representative for Jamaica, in 2001 Miss Bogues was responsible for responsible for the establishment of is a CACG certified Corporate Governance Trainer and the PSOJ Corporate Governance Committee , which has responsibility is responsible for increasing awareness of the issues and principles of corporate governance within Jamaica Jamaica and to train Directors through the CACG using the CACG Directors' Certification Programme. In 2002, s S he was certified by the in 2002 as a CACG as a Corporate Governance Trainer. She is also a member of the Caribbean Task Force on Corporate Governance and has taught corporate governance programmes in both the public and private sector s in Jamaica . which has been mandated to develop a Caribbean corporate governance code .
Miss Bogues is a member of the Institute of Directors ( UK), sits on a number of private and public sector committees and holds directorships with Heart Trust NTA, Mona School of Business (UWI) and the Technological Innovation Center (UTECH).
She has one daughter Keisha, currently an Industrial & Systems Engineer and a graduate also of the Queens High School.

Mr. Zemko is currently the Senior Program Officer for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Center for International Private Enterprise. During his tenure, CIPE has established new programs on corporate governance and combating corruption in the region. He has worked closely with the OECD, IFC and the Global Corporate Governance Forum throughout the region to lay the groundwork for the OECD principles on corporate governance to be applied in each country. He is in charge of the USAID funded program at CIPE to strengthen corporate governance standards in Latin America . Mr. Zemko has also developed projects that focus on competitiveness issues in Central America and launching the new public policy magazine, Perspectiva , in the region that focuses on how to build democratic market oriented societies in the Andean countries. He has also been managing editor of CIPE's magazine, Economic Reform Today . Mr. Zemko established CIPE's award winning Web site, the Forum on Economic Freedom, and has moderated interactive discussion groups on the topic of corruption in cooperation with the World Bank Institute. He has launched various communications projects that apply information technology to journalism and communications efforts at CIPE. Previously, Mr. Zemko was a senior consultant at the accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers and an editor for the Economist Intelligence Unit in New York . Mr. Zemko has Masters degree in international business from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California , Riverside in political science and Latin American Studies.

Mr Isaac Anthony is the Director of Finance in the Ministry of Finance, International Financial Services and Economic Affairs, Saint Lucia, a position he assumed in January 2003. He previously held the post of Accountant General with the Government of Saint Lucia for approximately ten years. Mr Anthony also functions as the Registrar of Insurance in Saint Lucia and is responsible for supervising and regulating the Insurance Industry.
As Director of Finance, he has oversight responsibility for Financial Administration and Procurement in the Public Service. He also manages the Public Debt and Government's investments, in addition to monitoring Parastatal bodies.
Mr Anthony is the Chairman and a founding member of the Caribbean Public Finance Association (C A PFA), an organisation devoted to improving the profile of Public Financial Management in the region.
Mr Anthony also serves on the Boards of Directors of the St Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC), International Financial & World Investment Corporation, St Lucia Mortgage Finance Corporation and St Lucia Solid Waste Management Authority. He also serves as the alternate Director for Dominica and Saint Lucia on the Board of Directors of the Caribbean Development Bank, having previously served as a Director.
Mr Anthony holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics and Accounting and an Executive MBA from the University of the West Indies.

Practised at Myers, Fletcher & Gordon ( Kingston , Jamaica ) between 1993-1999. Also assigned to Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, O'Neal, Webster, O'Neal (Tortola, British Virgin Islands ) from July 1998-December 1998.
Entered the public service in 1999, joining FINSAC Limited, an agency under the Ministry of Finance & Planning set up by the Jamaican Government to restructure and support the Jamaican financial sector in the wake of Jamaican financial sector crisis of mid to late 1990's. Served as Corporate Operations Executive, in a supporting and advisory role to Managing Director. Responsibilities included monitoring operations of Jamaica 's largest life insurer and two of the three largest commercial banks, and co-ordinating activities for divestment of state's majority stake in all. Served as state's representative on a number of boards of directors of entities in receipt of state financial assistance.

Linda E. Scott is the Director, Corporate Governance at TIAA-CREF. TIAA-CREF, with $300 billion in assets under management, is a Fortune 100 company and a diversified national financial services organization, including the premier pension system for education and research employees.
Ms. Scott joined TIAA-CREF from the Office of the New York State Comptroller, where she served for seven years as Director of Investor Affairs for the New York State Common Retirement Fund.
She is a member of the Council of Institutional Investors and the World Bank-OECD Private Sector Advisory Group.
Previously, Ms. Scott was Deputy Director of Communications for the New York State Comptroller. She also served as Special Assistant to the President of the New York City Board of Education.
Ms. Scott earned an M.A. from Yale University and a B.A. from Trinity College ( Hartford ), and attended the University of East Anglia in Norwich , England .
