Formalising and disseminating the proceedings of the first Caribbean Conference on Corporate Governance and other similar regional events to participants and major government and private sector entities in the Caribbean. |

Ensuring Caribbean representation at all international forums on Corporate Governance including those related to revision of OECD principles. |

Soliciting the concurrence of one or more Prime Minister(s) to champion the cause of corporate governance in the Caribbean at the level of regional Heads of Governments, and offer the technical support of the CTWG. |

Identifying other prominent individuals/groups (not presently part of the CTWG) that could be co-opted into the CTWG to allow for effective representation from the region. |
